MERCER ISLAND, Wash., and New York, N.Y., April 27, 2022 – CarepathRx, a leader in health system pharmacy and medication management solutions, today announced a comprehensive home infusion pharmacy partnership with Mount Sinai Health System, New York City’s largest academic health system. This multi-year agreement will expand patient access to home infusion therapies across the Mount Sinai Health System, encompassing its eight hospitals and ambulatory footprint.
