As Chief Executive Officer, Randy Hyun leads the CarepathRx business and focuses his time on company culture, talent, strategy, execution, and growth. Randy has direct oversight of CarepathRx’s portfolio of companies and capabilities.

Prior to his role as CEO, Randy served as Chief Operating Officer of CarepathRx where his focus was on strategy and operations of the overall CarepathRx business concentrating on the health systems solutions segment.

Prior to joining CarepathRx, Randy was CEO of Aetna Medicaid, a national Medicaid managed care organization with Medicaid and dual-eligible health plans spanning sixteen states. Randy joined Aetna in 2017 as President of Aetna Pharmacy Management, leading Aetna’s pharmacy benefit management unit, Aetna Specialty Pharmacy and Aetna Rx Home Delivery.

Prior to Aetna, Randy spent 18 years at McKesson Corporation in a variety of senior leadership roles, including leading Provider Solutions within McKesson Specialty Health, managing McKesson’s home care and hospice software business, and leading Corporate Strategy and Business Development for McKesson’s technology division.

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
