As Chief Executive Officer of CarepathRx, Melissa Steffan is responsible for leading a national platform spanning specialty and infusion pharmacy, telepharmacy, and wraparound operational services that help health systems deliver pharmacy care, from hospital to home. In addition, she oversees Verity Solutions, a market-leading 340B software and services business that helps covered entities maintain compliance and optimize savings.

A proven care delivery leader, Melissa brings a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling complex care operations. Previously, she served as President of Evernorth Home-Based Care, where she advanced in-home primary and post-acute care enablement for patients with chronic and complex needs. Earlier in her career, she built a broad foundation across care delivery, customer success, and multi-site operations—experience that informs how she leads and scales complex care models today.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and earned both a Master of Healthcare Administration and an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University.
