Ms. Payne is an experienced reimbursement executive with over 30 years of experience in home infusion/specialty revenue cycle management. She has a diverse background in revenue management, software implementation, compliance, and development/training of revenue cycle best practices.

Prior to joining CarePathRx, Ms. Payne was the founder and former president of a successful outsourcing company for more than 16 years. Under her leadership and strategic planning, her teams were able to produce positive bottom-line results. She prides herself in the ability to cultivate a professional, results-driven team to assist CarePathRx clients on their road to success.
