Leah Silver serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for CarepathRx, a company providing innovative pharmacy solutions to hospital health systems centered on end-to-end service for all pharmacy needs, including specialty, infusion, and continuous home solutions for all prescriptions.

Prior to CarepathRx, Mrs. Silver served as the EVP, HR at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, recognized as the nation’s #1 leading independent specialty pharmacy. While at BioPlus, Mrs. Silver led the executive leadership team in reinforcing strong company culture, creating and leading large-scale employee engagement and development programs and implementing reward and talent management strategies that helped fuel annual revenue growth to more than $1B.

Prior to her role at BioPlus, Mrs. Silver served as the VP, HR at Wiley, a global research, education, and publishing company focused on the development of digital education certification solutions for universities, businesses, and research institutions. While at Wiley, Mrs. Silver was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including alignment of the HR function and broader employee base with corporate strategy. Additionally, she helped lead and support the acquisition and integration of four global education services businesses, resulting in significant expansion of the company’s online education footprint in the US, Europe, and South America, driving $300M in annual revenue.

Mrs. Silver also served as the head of Human Resources for Rasmussen College, a regionally accredited private college and pioneer in online education. During her time with Rasmussen, the company experienced rapid growth in their nursing programs requiring acceleration of the talent strategy and online presence nationwide.

Mrs. Silver graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in HR and a Master of Business from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. She has certifications from the Corporate Executive Board HR Academy, DiSC, Korn Ferry, and Predictive Index.
