In her role with CarepathRx Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Solutions, Vice President, Health System Integrations Cindy Wilson supports the integration of post-acute care services for physicians and patients as they move through the heath care continuum, promoting efficient and seamless transition of care. She works nationally with other large health systems to deliver best practices and a state-of-the-art model of care. She also serves as the liaison between business operations and information technology with the goal of expanding health care technology interoperability.

Cindy leverages resources and relationships both within and outside national health systems to allow the patients to be at the center of care, while maximizing payment models. Cindy brings more than 30 years of prior experience in home health, hospice, pharmacy, DME/RT, private duty, and other senior service to her position.
