As Chief Financial Officer, Steve Andrews is responsible for managing all financial aspects of CarepathRx, including cash flow, strategy and planning, and forecasting. Steve focuses on investing in strategic growth priorities, leveraging scale and technology, and optimizing profitability to create sustainable value.

Throughout his career of more than 20 years, Steve has helped to grow, scale, and enhance shareholder value for companies ranging from $2M-startup ventures to $1B entities. In addition to finance and operational areas, Steve has also led corporate development, playing key roles in successfully closing numerous acquisitions.

Prior to joining CarepathRx, Steve was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Hill Holliday, one of the largest marketing and communications agencies in the nation. Prior to Hill Holliday, he served as CFO at Aegis Media North America—after rising through the Dentsu Aegis Media organization in a variety of CFO and COO roles. Steve began his career at Arthur Andersen in the Audit, Assurance, and Advisory Services practice.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford.
