CarepathRx Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion Solutions President Dave Nelson provides direct oversight of clinical and operations for CarepathRx Orlando partners, including dozens of hospitals and health systems across the nation. Dave joined CarepathRx in 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer of SPI Orlando, where he was instrumental in driving operational improvements and higher customer satisfaction. 

Prior to joining CarepathRx, Dave served as Chief Operating Officer for Summit Spine & Joint Centers in Atlanta, the fastest growing interventional pain practice in the United States. He also served as the Chief Development Officer at the Advanced Urology Institute of Georgia, overseeing payer relations, contracts & pricing, and growth & development.
